Cristiano Ronaldo has become a father. On Sunday evening, the 25-year-old Portuguese footballer shocked the world when he announced on his official website, Twitter and Facebook fan page that he is now the proud father of a baby boy. “As agreed with the baby’s mother, who prefers to have her identity kept confidential, my son will be under my exclusive guardianship…” he wrote.
While Ronaldo’s fans are thrilled (52,200 fans ‘like’ his message on FB), conspiracy theories about the identity of the mother, and her reasons for staying secret, are now doing the rounds. Here are some of the popular ones:
The surrogacy theory:
