Bipasha Basu, who recently broke-up with long-time beau, actor John Abraham, took a bold decision to get her navel pierced - a wish she has been harbouring ever since her teenage years.
"From d age of 16 wanted 2 get a navel piercing! Finally, I gt guts 2 do it! Looks great bt it heals slowly! Can't workout much fr d next 15days! (sic)" Bipasha posted on her Twitter page.
As soon as Bipasha posted the news of a new addition on her body, her fans started sending her healing tips.
"Thank u all for sharing ur healing tips with me! Can't post pix now! Still healing!Will soon plan a chat with u all! Love!" she added.
Bipasha, 32, has put up an optimistic front ever since she has turned single.
"Everyone needs to get over their fears! So whoever is scared of whatever its time to see eye to eye with all that u fear and overcome it!" she advised to her friends and fans.
In an industry where two actresses lock horns often, Dia Mirza came out and praised Bipasha for her decision of getting her navel pierced.
"@bipsluvurself That's it! Just when ppl think there's no way you could get HOTTER you dispel the theory!!!" Dia wrote.
Bipasha will next be seen in Abbas-Mustan's Players and international film Singularity.
