Director Farah Khan may think it is a compliment, but actor Katrina Kaif doesn’t consider comparisons with actor Shilpa Shetty very flattering.
Katrina, who lost eight kgs for her role in Farah’s upcoming film, Tees Maar Khan, looks hotter, and thinner, than ever. So much so, that Farah said that Kat’s body now looks like Shilpa’s.
"When I first saw the film’s posters, it looked as if Katrina’s head has been pasted on Shilpa Shetty’s body," says Farah, adding that she feels Shilpa has one of the best bodies in Bollywood.
However, when told about Farah’s comment, Kat did not seem too happy. “Farah has a very funny sense of humour and she is quite cunning. Obviously Shilpa has an amazing figure, but we have different bodies, and I don’t think we have any similarities,” she said, curtly.
That’s not the only instance where Farah and Kat seem to have got their wires crossed. The actor had said that she never had any problems with what she was asked to wear for the film.
“Farah never asked me to wear a bikini. I was never hesitant wearing the Indian outfits as they brought a certain sexiness.” However, Farah, who feels that this is Kat’s boldest avatar yet, said, “Katrina was slightly hesitant initially.”
