Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha seek Lord Ram's blessings in Ayodhya before shoot begins

The team of Ram Setu, including Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha, director Abhishek Sharma and Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi took part in a puja in Ayodhya on Thursday.

Ram Setu will star Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha in important roles.

The film will be directed by Abhishek Sharma with Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi serving as the film's creative producer.

The team of Ram Setu took part in a special puja in Ayodhya on March 18 before beginning the film's shoot.

While on a visit to Ayodhya, Akshay Kumar also met chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath.

On Diwali last year, Akshay has shared the first look posters of the film as well.

Akshay had recently shared a picture from the script-reading session with the team.
