Jordan Miller, the owner of BreatheHeavy.com, has been told to shut down his site after Jamie Spears took legal action against him, reported contactmusic.com.

In a message to fans on the site's front page, Miller is asking fans to donate funds so he can fight the legal action by Britney's father.
