A host of Hollywood celebs are buying each other's homes.

Josh Hutcherson, the Hunger Games star, has bought a mansion known as the Tree House for $3 million. The house was previously owned by the late Oscar-award winner, The Dark Knight star Heath Ledger, who had purchased it from television host, Ellen DeGeneres, in 2005. The house expands over 2,000-square-feet and is located in Hollywood Hills. It boasts of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor living area Having a movie lounge and barbeque space.

Jason Statham, The Transporter star, and his model girlfriend Rosie Hungington Whiteley bought a luxurious mansion in Los Angels for $11.5 million last year. The house belonged to actor Ben Stiller and wife Christine Taylor and was in the market for nearly two years. It is a ten bedroom Mediterranean style mansion and includes a separate guest house. Stiller and Taylor put the home on the market in fall 2009 for $12.5 million before finally getting a buyer in Statham and his beloved.

Ryan Seacrest, host of the popular reality show American Idol, purchased a 9,200 square foot Beverly Hills mansion for close to $37 million in May. The mansion belonged to TV host Ellen DeGeneres, who in turn had bought the house from the producer of the show Will And Grace, Max Mutchnick. The estate includes three guesthouses, couple of cement pools and a huge gym.
