Sajid Khan-Farah Khan
Farah Khan, 47 has choreographed songs for her brother Sajid’s films Heyy Babyy, Houseful and Housefull 2. And her 40-year-old brother admits that his elder sibling knows better. “Farah is more experienced and intelligent than me. We share a very friendly relationship. I cannot live without her kids,” he said. When Farah’s husband Shirish Kunder had a tiff with Shah Rukh Khan at a party, it was Sajid who intervened and got the two parties to make peace.
Ashmit Patel-Ameesha Patel
Actor Ameesha Patel, 37, and her brother actor Ashmit Patel, 34, hit a rough patch in their relationship but patched up on Raksha Bandhan three years ago, when Ameesha tied him a rakhi. She defended him against rumours that he was being favoured on a show. “Rift between me and Ameesha is a thing of the past now. I have nothing to revive with her. She is my sister,” Ashmit said in a recent interview.
Tusshar Kapoor-Ekta Kapoor
Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor, 37 casts brother Tusshar,36, in almost every film she makes, recently in The Dirty Picture and Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum. But at home, Tusshar says that he bullies Ekta. “She’s only fiery at work, at home, I can bully her. Her office persona is very different from what she is with the people she loves,” he said. Ekta and Tusshar are children of veteran actor Jeetendra and Shobhaa Kapoor.
Farhan Akhtar-Zoya Akhtar
Farhan and Zoya are the kids of veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar. While Farhan, 38, has already proven his talents in Dil Chahta Hai and Rock On. He guided his sister Zoya, 37, while shooting for Zindagi Milagi Na Dobara and the movie turned out to be a super-duper hit. The two evidently enjoy working with each other. Farhan in an earlier interview said, “I enjoy every minute of working with my sister. I’m extremely happy and proud she is doing very well as a director. She’s very sure of what she wants. When reports emerged that Soha’s boyfriend Kunal Khemu was ignored by Saif's family, he defended him saying, "Kunal is very much accepted in the family."
