CBS president Nina Tassler said on Friday that she had a "high level of concern" over Charlie Sheen, the star of the hit sitcom Two And a Half Men, after he was reported to have been cavorting with a bevy of porn stars in Las Vegas over the weekend.
Sheen, 45, is the highest paid actor on television, earning a reported $1.9 million per episode despite a longtime reputation as a rabble-rouser. But he has exceeded even his high standards in recent months, despite his treatment in a rehab facility in February.
He is currently being sued by porn star Capri Anderson, who locked herself in his New York hotel bathroom in October when Sheen went on an alleged coke-fuelled violent rampage which resulted in his brief hospitalization.
Gossip websites have had a field day this week with reports of his hosting multiple porn stars in his $40,000-per-night penthouse hotel suite in Las Vegas when he attended the porn industry's annual convention.
Those reports prompted Tassler to admit that she's concerned about Sheen "on a personal level", according to the Hollywood Reporter, though she attempted to downplay any apprehension about Sheen's ability to continue on Two And a Half Men.

So obviously there's concern on a personal level. But you can't look at it simplistically. Charlie is professional. He comes to work. He does his job extremely well. It's very complicated."
