The singer/actress met Hemsworth last year on the set of their new movie,

. They grew close as they filmed together in Georgia, US.

They spent New Year’s Eve together in Australia where Cyrus was spotted with a diamond on her ring finger. But Cyrus’ representative has dismissed reports that the 17-year-old is to wed Hemsworth.
