How do you start your day?
As soon as I’m up I drink a tall glass of honey mixed with warm water. It soothes my throat and besides being great for my vocal chords, it’s good for my system too.

Your choice of healthy breakfast…
Eggs — either an onion, tomato omelette or sunny side up, toast with butter, banana milkshake or orange juice, and some cold cuts.

Your daily diet…
I’m a vegetarian thrice a week, so on those days its porridge and toast for breakfast, salad, vegetables, dal and chapatis for lunch, and something fun for dinner like home-made fried rice or pao-bhaji. Other days, there’s chicken or mutton for lunch. One should enjoy what you eat. Every meal is a celebration!

What do you think about size zero?
I don’t get this size zero thing. Every woman has a different body type and should work out to suit her type.

Your favouirite body part…
My stomach has managed to stay flat, and legs are long, so that works for me.

One thing about your body that you‘d like to change.
My legs need a lot of work. They tend to look skinny. But as long as I wear dresses or skirts of a certain length, I can get away with them.

Do you follow a workout schedule religiously?
I dance dance dance! Not a particular style, but some crazy dance.
