Balancing act

Talk about fitness, and he is prompt enough to share that his idol is none other than actor Bruce Lee. “He (Bruce Lee) is superhuman to me. Where fitness is concerned, I think he has surpassed everyone.”

Fitness for Tiger doesn’t restrict to having six-pack abs. “When I started out, I used to focus mainly on weight training. This is because I was only aiming at building muscle mass fast. But as I grew up, my fascination for size slowly wore off. Now I do martial arts, weight training and play sport.”

Being fit is not all about doing push-ups. One needs to be aware about all the aspects of fitness, and the cover boy of February issue of

Men’s Health magazine

knows it all. “I train five to six times a week, including Chinese kickboxing and cardio in the form of sports.”

Muscle tussle

The hard work that goes down maintaining a chiseled body like his, sometimes is a real pain. Tiger confesses, “I hate doing squats. This is the most gruelling exercise. I hate it because, the next day you have incredible soreness, and every step you take is hell.
