Actor Ajay Devgn has had a clean image so far. He’s never been linked with co-stars and though 2010 was a busy year with films like Raajneeti, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai and Golmaal 3. Now completing Madhur Bhandarkar’s Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji and shooting for Priyadarshan’s Tez, Devgn has managed to squeeze in time for a family vacation, doting on wife Kajol, daughter Nysa and newborn son Yug.
So when he mischievously says, “Ninety nine per cent men don’t grow up,” eyebrows are raised. “I fall in that rare one per cent,” he winks. He adds that love matures, but men don’t. “In spite of swearing that they won’t commit the same mistakes in love, men end up repeating themselves all the time,” he adds.
The Bhandarkar-directed rom-com features Devgn playing a shy middle-aged man who falls in love with a much younger woman. His co-star, Emraan Hashmi, plays a Casanova, a role that he’s come to be associated with. While his character in the film seeks advice from Abhay played by Hashmi, in real life Devgn says, “I have never needed to ask for tips on romance, but I’ve done many mad things to persuade the woman I love.”
Having proved his mettle in the comedy genre with the recently released Golmaal 3, he says, "Madhur’s film is different from Rohit Shetty’s. There is realism even in the romantic comedy. The characters are performing seriously."

{{/usCountry}}While Golmaal 3 saw him as a tattooed angry young man, this film will see him in a “clean-shaven look in formal clothes” as he plays banker Naren Ahuja. “I am going through a divorce and this young bubbly girl June Pinto (Shahzahn Padamsee) enters my life. How I try to change myself and the drama that ensues from there is hilarious.”
