“Twisted my ankle quite bad, became the size of a melon. Icing, elevating and popping pills. God that means 3 days bed rest,” the 35-year-old tweeted recently.

“Me and my crutches for the next few days. Off to get an X Ray now,” he added. The actor tweeted a day later, “Back at my Physio session. Bones are good according to the X-rays. Still need the crutches though.” Morea also tweeted a picture of an ice pack around his ankle and foot.
