Actress Drew Barrymore has sparked pregnancy rumors after being spotted with sonogram report in her hand.

Barrymore recently got engaged to art dealer Will Kopelman.

The actress, who is turning 37 on February 22, was leaving a doctor's office in Beverly Hills accompanied by her fiance. Her representative refused to comment on the baby speculations, reported TMZ online.

Barrymore became engaged to Kopelman over the 2011 holidays. He reportedly asked the actress for her hand in marriage while they vacationed in Sun Valley,Idaho.
