Emmy award winning actress Jaime Pressly has been arrested and jailed after failing a drink driving test.
The My Name Is Earl star who is married to Indian origin lawyer Simran Singh, was pulled over by police for a traffic violation and promptly arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, reported TMZ.

The 33-year-old star was driving at around 11.36pm when police pulled her over.
