Eva Longoria is taking pole-dancing lessons to prepare for a special episode of Desperate Housewives.

She has been learning skills from pole pioneer Sheila Kelley at her S Factor studios in LA along with other stars of the series.

The actress recently posted a picture of her bruised arms on Twitter.

“My wounds from pole dancing! Wait til u see this episode of DH! Hilarious! Worth the pain!"

Kelley, who's also filming "Gossip Girl," is holding a women-only class at her East 54th Street studio on Sept. 23,” the New York Post quoted her as tweeting.
