The sexy siren wants posh life. Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria says that close friend Victoria Beckham is her role model and she aspires to be like her. The TV star is also a huge fan of Victoria's fashion label and thinks she's a very accomplished designer.

'Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria says that close friend Victoria Beckham is her role model and she aspires to be like her.

The 34-year-old actress became close friends with the former Spice Girl when she and her soccer star husband David Beckham moved to Los Angeles in 2007 with their three children, Hello magazine reported.

Longoria - who is married to basketball star Tony Parker - said, "It's really interesting the camaraderie that athletes' wives have, because they understand the schedule, the travelling and the distance.

"Victoria and I are in similar situations when it comes to our husbands. I admire the wife and mother that she is and, at the same time, this glamorous and beautiful businesswoman. That's what I aspire to be," she added.

The TV star is also a huge fan of Victoria's fashion label and thinks she's a very accomplished designer.

"They're my favourite dresses out right now! They are beautifully created, so classic yet modern. She's really hit the nail on the head. You can tell she's not another celebrity doing a clothing line, she is fashion and knows what she is talking about," Longoria said.
