Usmagazine.com reports that three weeks after their split, Gyllenhaal and Swift reunited in Nashville on Wednesday night. A source confirmed that they dined at the local eatery Bound'ry -- located just around the corner from Swift's house.

The singer, 22, was reportedly dumped by Gyllenhaal on phone, earlier this month.
