Colourful cushions with Mughal motifs, rare papier-mâché work and jewellery inspired from the Harrapan and Mohenjodaro civilisations lit up the launch of the revamped souvenir shop at the National Museum of India, Janpath. Union Minister for Textiles Dayanidhi Maran inaugurated the outlet in its brand new avatar. Organisers Malvika Singh and Neha Prasada were seen explaining the exhibits to guests in great detail.

Others seen at the launch included Minister of State for Petroleum Jitin Prasada and media personality Sonali Singh who spent their time admiring and appreciating the artworks and keepsakes.
