Joining the league of qualified celebrity pilots like John Travolta, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise, Hollywood actress Hilary Swank is taking flying lessons for a pilot's license.

Unlike the other stars, who fly for pleasure, Swank is learning to fly for her upcoming film role as famed aviator Amelia Earhart in the film titled "Amelia", reports contactmusic.com.

"I am (studying for my pilot's license). I don't sweat a lot, but when I fly, my whole back is drenched. The concentration, the focus. It is so wonderful. I just picked up my boyfriend in Las Vegas! He had a business meeting there, and I flew with my instructor and picked him up," she said.
