The secret behind my fit body: Good genetic inheritance, a little bit of hard work and discipline has helped me to achieve a fit body. I inherited a high metabolic rate from my dad, who is a sportsman; and a petite frame from my mom.

My fitness regime: I don’t have a fitness regime per se, because I get bored very quickly. I go to the gym — sometimes everyday for three weeks and then not at all for three weeks. When I get bored, I do yoga, kathak and tennis. Badminton is my new fad. I keep varying my fitness regime. I try to run six kilometers in a week. I was always a fitness conscious person, even before I entered Bollywood because I like being active.
My diet: I stay away from too much ice cream and too many aerated drinks but at the same time I drink a lot of water and eat at the regular intervals.
My best body feature: I am quiet comfortable in my skin. I am in proportion. The idea is not to be perfectly symmetrical but just to be yourself.
My worst body feature: I don’t like my knees, and the third toe on my right foot is bizarrely shorter than the rest of the toes. The rest of my body is fine.

{{/usCountry}}The Bollywood hero with the fittest body: Emraan Hashmi. Would I like my man to have six packs? Not necessarily. It’s more important for him to be kind, and respect me more than the six packs. But if he comes with a six pack I am not going to reject him. The Bollywood Heroine with the fittest body: Everyone is fit. Shilpa Shetty has a great body.
I looked fittest onscreen in: Dil Kabbadi.
A piece of advice for aspiring girls: There are no shortcuts in fitness. Eat well, workout and be happy.
