Popstar Cheryl Cole idolises R&B diva Beyonce Knowles and says that the American singer is everything she has always wanted to be. The Fight For This Love hitmaker grew up watching Knowles and emulated her dress and hair, reported Daily Mail.
“I was obsessed with Beyonce. I remember seeing the video for Bills, Bills, Bills and just going, “Oh my God, who is this girl? I want my hair like hers.
“I literally went out and got my hair bleached peroxide blonde. It took eight hours and it looked horrendous,” recalled Cole.
The Girls Aloud singer who is reportedly dating Black Eyed Peas front-man Will.i.am after splitting from footballer husband Ashley Cole, said Knowles is a good example for all women.
“She’s just got it. She’s everything a woman should be and everything you should want to be as a woman,” she said
