Is it possible that a British royal makes a public appearance and the world doesn't scrutinise her? Not quite, even if it's Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. As Prince Charles and wife Camilla tour India, the wife of the king-in-waiting seems to be putting a confident foot forward. As images flow, it was but natural to draw a parallel with the most famous of them all, Princess Diana. But does she make the cut?

There is no mistaking the comparison between Camilla's turquoise attire (quite similar to the desi salwar kameez) and Diana's similar outfit during her visits to India and Pakistan. Spot the similarity: cross between a tunic and kurta for a garment teamed up with srraight trousers! The picture below is from one of Diana's many Pakistan visits. Although, Diana was known for her charisma and good looks, we think Camilla is making graceful appearances too!

On their very first day in India, the Duchess of Cornwall was seen watching a student making a bowl in a pottery class during a visit to The Doon School in Dehradun. The image reminds us of Princess Di meeting orphans and young girls.

Now, was that just a sartorial co-incidence or is Camilla trying to channelise the 'queen of hearts'?
