The relationship has been off and on, reports thesun.co.uk. The 29-year-old Hudson and the 40-year-old Wilson wore dark glasses and hats to avoid not being seen as they went around the city on bikes.

The two had first started dating in 2006 but they split soon. In 2007, Wilson tried to commit suicide after Hudson left him.
