British reality TV star Jade Goody, who has been diagnosed with cancer, says she has started planning for her funeral, adding she wants “people to cry over me".
"Most people plan their weddings. But I'm planning my funeral,” Goody told OK! Magazine.
“Some people say they don't want people crying, but I want people to cry over me. And I don't want anyone to have a booze up when I'm dead. They should have a cup of tea and be crying. I'd want to have an open funeral and let everyone who wanted to come along," she added.
The 27-year-old mother of two was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August just as she prepared to appear in the Indian version of the British reality TV show Celebrity Big Brother.
Goody became controversial in 2007 after being accused of bullying fellow-contestant Shilpa Shetty, an Indian Bollywood actress, on the show.
She was expelled from the show after hosts Channel 4 received complaints from thousands of viewers.
Goody, who has been given a 50-50 chance of survival, joked that her funeral wreath should be in the shape of a jar of the British spread Marmite - because she is either loved or hated.
