After Don’t Lose Your Mind Lose Your Weight, dietician-nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar is ready with her second book, Women And The Weight Loss Tamasha. Kareena Kapoor, who has been consulting Diwekar on her nutrition and diet plans over the last couple of years, had penned the introduction to the first book and written a foreword for this one too.

"This time we aren’t making any changes to Kareena’s piece. It will be carried with corrections, cancellations and side-notes, just the way she gave it to me. It’s straight from the heart of an Indian woman who believes in eating right and staying healthy," says Diwekar, who also advises Kapoor’s beau Saif Ali Khan.

The book is being translated into Marathi and will also be available in an audio format. "My mother is translating it into Marathi and Kareena has recorded her piece for the audio while shuttling between shoots and dubbing sessions over the last two months. Working women who don’t have the time to read can listen to the audio book while driving, cooking or working in their office," she says.
