Supermodel Kate Moss is trying hard to find a girlfriend for her ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty and is reportedly setting him up with Alison Mosshart.
The 35-year-old fashion icon believes Alison Mosshart, her boyfriend Jamie Hince's Kills bandmate, would be the perfect match for her troubled ex-boyfriend, who she split from in 2007, and is now planning a double date, Daily Star reported.
"Kate still has deep feelings for Pete and really wants to be happy and to enjoy life. Since falling head-over-heels in love with Jamie she wants to help Pete achieve the same."
In 2007, Doherty had announced Moss as his fiancee during one of his concerts in London and the couple were planning to tie the know but later split.
"Pete and Alison have met, she thinks he has a lovely soul and he really fancies her. They're a good match as they're into the same things - music, painting and quirky fashion," the friend said.
"She thinks Alison would be a calming influence, but she's tough and won't take any rubbish. Kate wants them all together for a weekend in her Cotswolds country house," the friend added.
