Following in the footsteps of actress Deepika Padukone, it was Konkona Sen Sharma's turn to be invited by the Prime Minister’s Office for dinner with the Prime Minister.

Recently, actress Deepika dined with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi and Japanese delegation.

Konkona had dinner with PM Manmohan Singh and Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina at the Hyderabad House in the Capital on Monday night.

Konkona wrote about the dinner a day before on her Twitter account saying, "Am off to meet the Prime Minister for dinner tomorrow!"
