She posted a picture of her bruised face on micro-blogging site Twitter, reports contactmusic.com.

The 26-year-old suffered a concussion Sunday during a concert in Auckland, New Zealand.

Giving fans an update on her recovery, she posted a picture, and wrote: "Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better every day."
