Popstar Lily Allen has signed up for a TV show that will chart her journey from pop singer to shopkeeper, as she prepares to open a designer clothes-hire store with her sister.

“Lily was approached for the TV show and (she) thought it would help promote her new ventures as well as let people get to know her a bit better,” a source was quoted as saying.
