Lindsay Lohan is facing allegations from Los Angeles fashion store boses over actress' unpaid bills.
According to the papers filed by the shop owners of Church Boutique- David Malvaney and Rodney Burns- the troubled star has not paid for clothing, jewellery and accessories taken from the boutique.
They claim Lohan has only paid $180 of a total of USD 17,060 which she debited during her shopping visits between November, 2009 and February this year, Contactmusic reported.
The documents read, "Plaintiff's reliance on Lohan's representations (that her business manager would take care of it) were justified due to the celebrity of Lohan and her well-known status as a movie actress with substantial income."
The store owners also admit their ignorance over the star's intentions. Had they realised that she had "no intention" of paying, they would not have allowed her to take the items.
The shop owners' attorney Bill Crockett says, "Filing suit was the last thing we wanted to do, but after six months of not being paid, my clients were left with no choice. They started this business from scratch, and that they have been successful in attracting an elite clientele does not mean they should be abused."

{{/usCountry}}The owners have accused Lohan of fraud and are claiming the remaining balance plus interest and exemplary damages.
