A former Betty Ford worker is seeking at least 1 million dollars in a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan over an alleged assault last December.
According to TMZ.com, chemical dependency technician Dawn Holland will file a lawsuit claiming Lohan twisted and pulled her right hand for eight to 10 seconds during the early morning scuffle, causing her "great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering".
Local cops looked into the matter but the Riverside County District Attorney declined to press charges.
The women fought when Holland, who now goes by the name Dawn Bradley, tried to give Lohan a breathalyser test after she allegedly snuck off the rehab property to go drinking with two other patients.
Holland wrote in her original report that Lohan "grabbed" her right hand and tried to snatch a phone away during a dramatic 911 call.
"Get ready to be sued," the New York Daily News quoted Holland as threatening Lohan after the recording picked up sounds of a physical tussle.
“What, do you want money?” Lohan replied.
“No, what I want is to be treated the way I am treating you. You are disrespectful,” Holland was heard answering back.
