Dharmendra confirms and says, "I've been flooded with thoughts at every stage of my life. I've seen a lot of ups and downs, seen my kids grow up and grow old. I've raised a family. I've been in the public eye. All these things just gave rise to a lot of different emotions. And there's no better way to release them than putting them down on paper. I've done that over the years, and shared it with some of my closest friends and family."
