According to Lindsay's friends, the girl who quit being Lohan's assistant was a lot more than that, she was her lifeline, reported TMZ.com.

They believe that Lindsay is going to have a hard time trying to find someone reliable enough for the job. One of them reportedly even said that without an assistant, she will never keep the appointments that could make the difference between freedom and jail for her.

Lindsay, who is legally prohibited from driving, relied on her assistant to take her around everywhere, including her alcohol ed courses. In fact, she is believed to be so disorganised that she is incapable of scheduling her meetings, appointments or even her work on her own, reported TMZ.com.

Apparently, Eleonore quit having lasted a few months before she became "exhausted" and walked because she had "had enough of Lindsay's demands," reported thehollywoodgossip.com.
