A man, who had previously pleaded no contest to trespassing on Paris Hilton's Hollywood Hills residence, has been busted by police again on the suspicion of violating a judge’s order to stay 200 yards away from the hotel heiress, and her properties.



James Rainford was found by police standing on the beach in California looking into her Malibu home, and he is now being held on a 20,000-dollar bail after being taken into custody.

In April, Rainford attacked Paris' then-boyfriend Cy Waits outside a Los Angeles courthouse and was arrested last April after sneaking into her Hollywood property.
