Born to thespian veterans like Raj and Nadira Babbar, acting was in Aarya Babbar’s blood. However, his debut film Ab Ke Baras didn’t fare well at the box office and Aarya decided to take some time off to learn the nuances of theatre. That helped, and Aarya landed the role of Aishwarya’s brother in Mani Ratnam’s Guru. He even got critical appreciation for his role in the movie Jail. Right now, he is shooting for Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan and has also worked in an Indo-Pak Punjabi film titled Virsa.
