Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra launched Nikon's latest collection of Coolpix series at Shangri La, New Delhi. Nikon announced the launch of 17 new models with Coolpix Spring Series 2013 that raise the bar further in performance, style and ease of using cameras.
The launch, executed by Vibgyor Brand Services, was also a first-look at the TVC for the Coolpix Spring range featuring Priyanka Chopra where she travels to exotic locales with the camera and the people she meets are ‘wowed’ by the Coolpix range. The TVC builds on a theme of ‘Simply Wow’ for this range. Driving the power of these powerful new Coolpix cameras, are the Nikon’s world-class Nikkor lenses used in D-SLR cameras that deliver accurate detail, brilliant color and amazing clarity.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Hiroshi Takashina said, “ The new Coolpix range features 17 cameras in 69 colors. Each of these cameras promise high quality images and high zoom power to capture even the smallest details making each picture you take truly amazing.” After the launch Priyanka interacted with the media and posed with the Coolpix Spring 2013 range. A Nikon experience zone let people check out the entire range that was on display. The event décor saw extensive use of frames across the stage and setup. The décor encouraged people to see the spring in beautiful frames and capture them with this new range of cameras.
The new series comes with advanced functionality for the highest quality images in the Performance Series (P), Greater photographic control in an ultra-slim design in the Style Series (S) and powerfully capable, yet simple in Life Series (L). The event centered around themes of spring and frames saw huge frames as part of the stage and setup.
