And though this eight-films-old actor has done projects with A-listers like Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor, he says he’s content concentrating on art rather than the money involved.

“I have been getting good offers, but I won’t do films where the role doesn’t fit me. Even though big production houses have approached me, I have refused. I don’t want to make a fool of myself,” he says.

The actor has now pinned hopes on his films, Chintu Ji, a Rishi Kapoor starrer, and Rangeen. “Rangeen is going to be the most important film of my career after Pinjar. I play a local don in the film and I have a completely new look in it. Even my hair is coloured bronze,” Priyanshu reveals.

The actor will also be seen in Los Angeles-based director Brad Glass’s English film, Florida Road, and Gumshuda, a film by director Ashok Vishwanathan.

With so much in his kitty, it’s evident he’s growing from strength-to-strength. “I am ready for any kind of a role now. I have experimented with my skills very well so far,” says the actor.
