Actors Riteish Deshmukh and Gul Panag, co-producer Madhu Mantena and director Ram Gopal Varma were the first to arrive to a screaming crowd which was yelling not so much for them, but for the Bachchans who arrived a few minutes later. Actor Amitabh Bachchan waved to the fans as bahu Ash and beta Abhishek followed. Jaya Bachchan and close family friend Amar Singh followed later. The event had its bit of the Delhi glamour with designers Ranna Gill and Manav Gangwani and socialite Ayesha Thapar present.
