Sabrina Lall is a relieved woman. On Monday, hours after the Supreme Court upheld the conviction and life imprisonment of Manu Sharma, son of senior politician Vinod Sharma, for the 1999 murder of her sister Jessica Lall, Sabrina said she will now have some "peace of mind.""After 11 long years of trials and tribulations, I can party and relax now.

Asked if this verdict will reflect a change in the script of the movie, Sabrina said, “I don’t think so. Because the movie ends on a very promising and positive note.” Sabrina is quite excited about the film. “I haven’t met Vidya, but I’ve spoken to her several times. I have read the film’s script and I am very happy with the way Raj Kumar Gupta has written it,” she said.
Vidya is also reported to have said in an interview, “This is my first autobiographical role. The minute I heard it, I wanted to do it. Sabrina and I will meet soon. I’m quite excited. I’m taking it as a big challenge.”
