With Hollywood actress Demi Moore having announced that she’s writing an autobiography, we asked our desi celebs which Indian filmstar’s autobiography would they most like to read. And the answer was nearly unanimous — Rekha.

“Rekha’s autobiography will be most interesting and a sureshot bestseller. She is a special woman her life’s story must be fascinating,” says designer Ritu Beri. Actress Koena Mitra agrees: “Rekha is a flamboyant personality and has a lot of mystery around her. There are so many things I would love to know about her.” “Her book will be a great way to know her likes and dislikes,” says actress Isha Koppikhar.

Model Amanpreet Wahi hopes that whenever Rekha decides to come up with an autobiography, she would reveal a lot of secrets. “There are so many secrets about Rekha that I would love to know, especially about her relationship with Amitabh Bachchan and her marriages. I think whenever she will come out with a book, that will have the honest answers to all the questions that people have always wanted to ask her.”

"Rekha is a living legend. Her metaphoric journey from the time she entered the industry as a teenager to becoming the style diva is so fascinating... it would be wonderful to know about her magnificent journey in her own words,” says fashion designer Manish Malhotra.
