Apparently the comments stem from Ronson's interview to musician-turned-TV presenter Jools Holland where he said he created the tracks on Back To Black from the singer's demos.

Winehouse accused Ronson of taking credit for her fame for his own blossoming career.

"Ronson you're dead to me, one album I write and you take half the credit, make a career out of it? Don't think so BRUV," the Daily Star quoted Amy as saying.

Ronson helped Winehouse achieve a worldwide smash with her Grammy-winning 2006 release Back to Black, and the pop star returned the favour by singing Valerie for the DJ's covers compilation Version.

The pair re-teamed to record a song for a new Quincy Jones tribute record, but their relationship has since soured.
