Ryan Seacrest can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Chidi Uzomah, who stalked the American Idol host, has been sentenced to two years in prison, BBC.co.uk reported.

Ryan Seacrest can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Chidi Uzomah, who stalked the American Idol host, has been sentenced to two years in prison, BBC.co.uk reported.

Uzomah, who had previously pleaded no contest sat mute during the hearing.

He was arrested in June 2009 after being stopped by a security personal for carrying a knife at E! Studio where Seacrest was shooting.

He was already on probation after physically assaulting one of Seacrest's personal bodyguards.

In addition to the prison sentence, Uzomah has been ordered to stay 500 yards away from Seacrest for the next 10 years
