Salman Khan turns 44 today. And the actor will be in Mumbai to celebrate the day with his family and friends. Salman is shooting for brother Arbaaz Khan’s production Dabanng in Wai right now. Sources close to the actor say that there are no grand celebrations planned, but the team of Dabanng will have a small party on the sets.
A source close to the actor says, “Salman took a day off to come for the premiere of 3 Idiots. He may take another day off to be here for his birthday. He hasn’t decided upon a party. But then he decides things on an impulse.”
On his birthday, Salman will also gift his fans an opportunity to meet him. The actor has started his hunt to look out for people who have done brave deeds in real life. He says, “There is a veer in all of us. Now I’m launching this contest via my blog to know about your brave experiences.” Contestants need to upload their incidents of bravery on his blog, and Salman will choose five bravehearts from the lot.
Incidentally, just two days before Salman’s birthday, actress Katrina Kaif left for London to be with her family on Christmas and New Year. Salman will head to Goa for New Year celebrations.
