Hollywood actress Salma Hayek narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction in a plunging Bavarian dress during a guest appearance on a German television programme over the weekend.
She got stuck wearing the costume after losing a playful bet with an audience member during a segment on the popular show Wetten Dass, reports dailymail.co.uk.
