Fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier had burlesque star Dita Von Teese peel off layers of her dress on ramp till she ended in a buff-coloured bustier with sequin-covered applique bones for his fall-winter haute-couture finale show in Paris. Gaultier also had models smoking on the ramp.
