After the success of Cheeni Kum (2007) and Paa (2009), director R Balki and Amitabh Bachchan are considering working on a third film together. The only problem is that they don’t know which genre to experiment with next.
The director met the actor at his Juhu residence last Thursday and narrated six story ideas to him.
Infinite possibilities
Later in the night, Bachchan published a post on his blog, that read, “Sitting with R Balki is always a refreshing experience and this evening, we talked of so many issues and so many film possibilities and so many stories that need to be made. He narrated four-five ideas and they were all fantastic. Problem is which one to start, and start first.”
Confirming the news Balki says, “We have bounced off about half-a dozen ideas in different genres, but we are yet to take a call on which script to go with first. Let us fix on the subject, then we should have something substantial to talk about.”
