Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who is playing a visually challenged girl in the forthcoming film Lafangey Parindey opposite Neil Nitin Mukesh, says her character in the film is very strong and doesn’t give up on her talent and receives due recognition from a reality TV show named India’s Got Talent in the film.

Talking about her character in the movie, Deepika said, “Pinky is very clear about one thing — she wants to win in life and she chooses to do this through her talent. She has the hunger to reach the stars notwithstanding her limitation of being blind. She has what it takes to win at a platform like India’s Got Talent and decides to go for it.”
