The couple's relationship came under scrutiny in recent months with online gossips saying that a break-up is imminent.

Timberlake and Biel shrugged off the rumours with a string of public appearances and made a romantic trip to Switzerland to celebrate Beil's 28th birthday, reports dailystar.co.uk.

But the rumours of troubled relationship again kicked off when the "SexyBack" hitmaker was photographed partying with a scantily-clad dancer at Tao nightclub in Sin City.

The spokesperson for Timberlake insists there's no truth to rumours and said: "They're not breaking-up."
