Actor Payal Rohatgi and tarot card reader Munisha Khatwani have taken their brawl that started on a reality show, a step further. After Payal posted offensive remarks against Munisha on Twitter, the latter has filed an FIR against her (a copy of which is with HT City) for slandering, following a tiff that they had on the TV show, Survivor India.
Rohatgi had tweeted, “Ugly w**** munisha used to shave rohit’s (an inmate) chest hair and sleep with him and abhinav for brownie points. plus wash their underwear. Not only Mine but Michael , JD, Sangram, Shivam observation. And beauty is she isn’t dating anyone :):):) what a ugly t***,” (sic)”Munisha, who has been eliminated from the show, says, “I have registered an FIR against Payal under section 507 for criminal intimidation.
Payal has lost it. I fail to understand why someone would stoop to this level of indecency. She is frustrated as her career is zero. She is calling me a w****. I think everyone knows what Payal does for her living.”
On being told about the FIR, Payal first said that she will also sue Munisha in turn, but later had a change of mind and apologised on Twitter. “My earlier tweet regarding Munish...if it hurt people concerned, then my apologies to all involved (sic).”
